I booked a nice, updated room that was clean with a comfy bed and a bidet.

Very friendly staff. For a two star very comfortable and nice. Bizarre breakfast. Easy access to Venice. We were satisfied.

Accordian Bathroom doors and bizarre breakfast. I would recommend getting coffee at the bar in the Lobby.

We lived in the suite with AC and the private bathroom, for example. All members of the staff was extremely helpful...

The setting of the hotel was particularly good and magnificent, close to the main island. the staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, always available. - the breakfast was great with a wide range of reasonably priced food on offer.

The room was newly remodelled and beautifully maintained, I had wonderful experience.

Everything was good, perfect hotel, the location was fantastic very close to transport to Venice, a quite area and the airport. The breakfast was great with good varieties, and the staff were amazingly nice. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The private parking was nearby, perfect service😃

The location close to Parco Giuliano and pretty close to Venice, just 2 minute walk from the bus stop for number 12, to the city center.

Too much expensive for the room we had...I'll recommend this hotel only because it's close to Parco Giuliano and pretty comfortable to reach it for a festival...

Although a bit on the small side, good value for money and ideal for visits to nearby Venice. In particular, the staff are most helpful with directions and general information. 5 minutes from the busstop. Decent breakfast at € 8.00. Air conditioning when it was 30+ outside. I would not hesitate and book this hotel again if I were visiting Venice in the future.

The room here was super clean and modern with a nice view of the courtyard, plus the bed was cozy and the bathroom was spacious.

Very good location to Venice. The bus stop is about 6 minutes walk, the trip to Venice Piazza Roma is about 8 minutes. Good trattoria at the bus stop. The room was rather small, but appropriate.

Great place with excellent, helpful and friendly staff and owner. Compared to hotel directly inside Venice, this is like being in an parallel universe, because inside of Venice, mostly the people see no need to be friendly, they have their guests beiing friendly or not.Bus stop to Venice just a few meters away, take 10 minutes with the bus. Ok, it is of course more comfortable to be directly inside of Venice, but the price, the friendlyness and the amtosphere are good arguments to have the short trip.

Super helpful staff and they have on-site parking, making it convenient for guests. 🚗 the rooms have been recently renovated and come with a tasty breakfast included. the service here is top-notch, and the breakfast they serve is simply delicious and of high quality.

Good location 50m from the bus stop and bus 12 or 12/ takes you directely to Venice for 8-9 minutes, friendly staff

Mosquitos - you should explicitely ask for protection airfresher otherwise not offered.Poor breakfast

The staff here was very friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV.
